Biographical

 Hi, my name is Fernanda Neweu Zapata, I was born in southern Chile, in the city of Temuco in 2000, I am 20 years old and I'll turn 21 on September 19th, I spent all my childhood in Temuco, but at the age of 14 I went to middle school at Villarrica and in 2019 to the University of Chile to study biochemistry, at Santiago.


I am part of a small family of three, my mother, my sister and I, we are very united and it was very hard to get used to being far away when I traveled to Santiago.

I love to do new things, explore and experience, in the high school I always tried to be in all the extracurricular activities to spend my time, in 2015 I met my boyfriend and since then we have not separated, we like to travel and do new things, he also came to study at Santiago, so it has been a great company.

One of my favorite ways of spending time is listening to music while I walk, but I also like to do many more things, such as playing instruments, singing, dancing (although I don't do it very well haha), painting, among other things. I've never worked since my mother pampered me a lot and I do so many things that I haven't been given the time to work in order to earn money. By the way I don't like fries, nor do I like the pop.

My first year of university was awful, I got lots of bad grades in some subjects, I broke my foot and then it was the social riot in Chile, the second year began with the pandemic, and now the third one is the same, that is why I haven't enjoyed any of the university life.

    I would have loved to be from Temuco, with my family we went there several years on vacation, it's a very beautiful place.
    although i was surprised that you don't like french fries, i hope that's a lie xd

    I had the same experience as you with the U years, I hope you were able to keep up and improved your grades. let's hope next year will be better :)

    Hello Fernanda, I love that we have that pleasure to share and be very close to our families. I also think that the ONLY good thing that the pandemic can give us is to share a lot more with all of them.
    But, I find it strange that you don't like fries, THAT'S REAL !!?

She has additional professional research experience in three laboratories outside the country: at the University of Liverpool, University of Utah and at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. The impact of my studies

 Hello again, do you remember that I am studying biochemistry? Today I will talk about the impact of this on the world. My career is about all kinds of science, so we can make the world a better place in many ways, from culture to necessary experiments and contribute to them so that we can continue to live on this planet. For example, in popular science we can help people to know more about chemistry, I have always heard that chemicals are "bad", but since I am studying biochemistry I learned and realized that they are not, but that the amount of chemical is good or toxic. Summer holidays.

Today I will talk about my vacations, normally I always work in the summers, I live in Villarrica in the summers and we all work because tourists arrive and it is the best time to work and raise money, January is one of the best months, the city fills up and there are many customers buying. I usually work at a fair where I sell jams, I work from 6:00 pm to 00:00, I like this schedule since in the morning I can go to the beach, eat out, sleep late and get ready to go to work I like it because also at that time the sun is not so strong and it is not very hot. If one day they visit Villarrica in January, I will be there to serve them hahahah.
